Friday is Date Night!

Last night Susan and I went to a local bar to see these guys. Their average age is 14, I think, but they're a talented bunch of kids.

Besides, it was fun to get out of the house--just the two of us!

They are wonderful. I can't believe that they are so young.
I'm glad you and Susan got a night out of the house.

Great band! Done with those papers yet, or did Susan drag you kicking and screaming out of the house? If so, good for her. Glad you got a nice break either way.

I must admit, Mrs. G, that I think they are actually in their 20's. They just LOOK like babies.
Yeah for date night! :)

I just got to have a date night...at a REAL restaurant! Not even a chain! The food was great but the music seemedto have been piped in from my dentists office...

Getting out is harder than it looks. Work and family often conspire to take away time and what's left to you is often spent passed out on the sofa in one's pajamas or curled up alone with a book. Or blogging. The hubs and I went out for dinner and a movie last weekend and I'm not even going to tell you how long it's been since we did that. These young musicians sound awesome.
