This is the line this morning at 8:45 at UTSA. I am so proud.

I am awed and hopeful at the record turnouts all over the country. Let's hope it's for Barack Obama, because...well, you know. I can't say their names or look at them anymore - it makes me get all crazy and enraged.

I'm just going to look at Mr. Obama and sing a happy song now...!

Yay! I hope they are all Barackin' the vote!
I believe this is but a small glimpse of what is to come! Our local news says to expect at least 15 minute lines in early voting -- typically those lines don't start til the last few days.
Wow! Those are some lines. We cast our votes by mail here in the NW; I've got my ballot in hand this morning.

I'm proud too. We're voting tomorrow with The Kid in tow. (He gets to be late for school - weee!)

I filled my vote via absentee ballot.since the seizures make it almost impossible to go any where we have been voting this way for a couple of years.

Wow! My local newspaper reported last week that over 80% of eligible adults have registered to vote, which is an amazing record for my town.

Oh, I hope the machines and chits and all those things that can go wrong...don't! This is so exciting to see how many people want to be part of the process!

Four votes (two absentee for the college-age sons) and two early for me and the Mr.) for Senator Obama. You can literally cut the Republicans' panic with a knife. It's so obvious.

Good for you! I'm holding out until Tuesday for the sake of tradition, plus, I'm hoping to run into some of my fellow church parishioners so they can see me vote Obama.

Good luck today (election day) dear friend. I certainly stirred the bears with my post yesterday. Time for me to shut up and get back to baking, according to Elizabeth Hasslebeck.
